A cross-functional leadership role spanning creative direction, business operations, and company strategy at a full-service creative agency and media production business in Pyrmont, Sydney. In practice the scope has covered everything from running day-to-day operations and overseeing the P&L of services, to leading creative output and shaping how the business is positioned all under one title.

• Drive business operations end-to-end: service design, team structure, studio logistics, and financial oversight of core offers

• Lead creative output across podcasts, brand shoots, and social content — from concept through to distribution

• Design and implement repeatable production systems (shoot → edit → distribution pipelines) that reduce single-person dependency

• Own the client experience from first conversation through to delivery — acting as strategist, project lead, and creative director

• Structure and evolve the company’s core service offers: KYU Content Engine and Brand Foundation

• Manage Pyrmont Studio operations including booking workflows, client access systems, and ongoing facility development

• Build and lead the team, hiring, onboarding, and creating the internal frameworks people operate within

• Make the kind of decisions that typically sit across a creative director, head of operations, and business lead simultaneously

A hands-on production role that laid the foundation for stepping into creative leadership. Responsible for end-to-end video and photo output across client projects, working directly within the KYU production environment before transitioning into the Creative Manager position.

• Shot and edited video content across brand, social, and corporate briefs

• Managed post-production workflows from raw footage through to final delivery

• Collaborated closely with clients and the internal team to bring creative briefs to life

• Developed a deep understanding of the production pipeline that now underpins the systems built in the Creative Manager role
